AbstractTaskCreator

AbstractTaskCreator is the base of task creators (factories) that can create stream processor tasks.

Note	`AbstractTaskCreator` is a Java abstract class and cannot be created directly. It is created indirectly when the concrete AbstractTaskCreators are.
